Path to Editing
Editing a story is like excavating treasure, dusting off the grit left behind from the painful effort of getting it onto the page. Sometimes what’s required is a rearrangement, shifting elements to make the story flow. Other times, the structure is sound but trims and alterations can tighten up the narrative and make it sing.
