Writing is my way of understanding the world and making sense of life's many experiences. My favourite stories to read (fiction or nonfiction) are ones that touch upon life – its beauty and its messiness – in an authentic way. I love that editing allows me to connect with an author on a deeper level, and I prioritise first learning an author's unique perspective so that my editing only further highlights and uplifts their voice.

I've previously edited a variety of styles and genres – from PhD dissertations to fiction short stories to creative nonfiction pieces or journalistic articles. I welcome the opportunity to work with authors from different backgrounds and cultures.
